Am I dreaming?! 💭
I got this home a few weeks ago and wanted to slowly acclimate my skin and see results before I reviewed. But now look!! I have combination skin with a tendency for oily skin in the t-zone and a bit dry around the nose and on the cheeks. I’ve had slightly larger pores that I wanted to blur a bit. I’ve also had acne but have treated it with isotretinoin and am basically done with that. I still have scars that I now want to get rid of. I’ve also developed so-called fine lines, which I don’t want to get rid of, but they can definitely be a bit less noticeable 😜 Now to the review: I’ve acclimated my skin, have used retinol from L’Oréal which I thought was good. But I wanted to try an even more effective serum and came across this. I haven’t had any negative reactions to this serum. I think I see a difference in that both the scars have faded significantly and the fine lines have become a bit less pronounced! 🥰 Even my pores have become a bit “blurrier,” I think! I also use other products that of course help. There are reviews on them if you’re curious! ☺️ But I saw results just from last week to today on my scars and lines. It’s very concentrated, and you only need a little, it’s a bit watery in consistency so you have to think about that when you’re going to drop it in your hand. I will definitely buy a new one when this one is finished! 🥰. #lykoreview #lykomission

Retinal or retinol
I’m considering buying a retinal or retinol product for myself, but also one for my mom. How should one think when choosing between retinol & retinal? I’m choosing between this one from Peter Thomas Roth or Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3 Night Serum. I have slightly more sensitive skin, early 30s & want to prevent wrinkles. She is 60+ with not as sensitive skin but has never used any active skincare. Grateful for advice regarding these two products!16 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 dayHello 🌞👋 What a great question, and fun that you want to start with A-vitamin! For you with a bit more sensitive skin, I would recommend Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3. It’s perfect for beginners and provides nice anti-aging effects without being too harsh. Once your skin feels stable after 8-12 weeks, you can always consider moving up to Crystal Retinal 6 if you want more effect. For your mom, who is 60+ and has never used active skincare, I would also suggest she starts with Crystal Retinal 3 to build up tolerance. If everything feels good after a few weeks, she can stay there or upgrade to level 6. Remember to introduce the product gradually: start by using it 2 times a week and increase gradually. And don’t forget SPF during the day, as A-vitamin makes the skin more sun-sensitive! Good luck with your new products! 🌷✨

Retinol night, but also day under your day cream
Absolutely the best retinol! I've been using it for about 6 months now and it delivers what it promises.419 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Retinol
Ok ladies! I just got retinol from PeterThomas Roth and I'm wondering, BEFORE I start using it, how many drops should I take? And can I use it every night? I've read that you should acclimate your skin to the product if it gets irritated, so I understand that. Can I use the “snail slime” the next day, the one called Balance? Thanks for the reply1148 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 7 monthsHey Sara! It’s enough to take a few drops and distribute them on your face ☺️ You are absolutely right that you should acclimate your skin to the new product. So start with one evening a week and slowly increase the evenings ☺️ Good luck and take care! ✨1 likes

Can I use this product and how?
Hi, I am 31 years old and was thinking of starting to incorporate retinol into my evening skincare routine. Right now I use first Cerave hydrating cleanser, then Ole Henriksen glow20h toner, and then Ole Henriksen truth serum, finishing with a Nivea night cream. I was thinking of swapping the truth serum for this serum from PTR one day a week. Does that sound reasonable? Does this serum work with the other products? Grateful for a response🥰 P.S. I don’t have particularly sensitive skin. I would say normal skin with a few "normal" issues like a few pores and the occasional pimple. :) - The post was made 8 months
Budget-friendly tips for using this product.
New to this with retinol. I would love some help with a few budget-friendly tips for using this product. Which UV product should I use and which moisturizer? Can I cleanse my face before using it with soap and water, or is something else needed?1163 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 8 monthsHi Ninrid!
