Pureness C8 MCT oil (caprylic oil) is a coconut oil that has been fractionated to obtain shorter carbon chains. Shorter carbon chains produce an oil that can be used as quick and efficient energy in the body. The oil is colourless and tasteless, so it's great in a variety of foods and drinks when you want an extra boost! Some people also use caprylic oil to help relieve and treat eczema, as it has anti-inflammatory properties. The oil can withstand heat but is not recommended for frying. C8 MCT oil, like a dear child, has many names: it is also called caprylic oil, caprylic acid or octanoic acid.

Use:
1 tsp - 1 tbsp per day in liquid. Not recommended for frying.
