For light coverage use fingertips to smooth from middle of face outwards patting gently. Blend the foundation on your face using your fingers in tapping or patting motion. Move your fingers in circular upward motion. For medium to maximum coverage, work with a foundation brush or beauty blender. Spread the formula across your forehead, bridge of your nose, cheeks, under eyes, above your lips, chin and neck then blend the foundation evenly across your face.

The shade of your jawline is the most accurate shade comparing to your natural undertone and will also help you to get an idea of how the foundation will look against your neck. Finding out your undertone will help you choose the right foundation shade for you as your undertone will always stay the same not changing due to exposure to elements or different skin conditions.
