Scalp & Hair Serum for Thin or Flat Hair
I tested the Redken Acidic Grow Full System Scalp & Hair Serum for Thin or Flat Hair 100 ml and was pleasantly surprised by how light and pleasant the product feels in the hair. The serum has a very light consistency, almost like a thin serum or a light liquid, which makes it easy to apply directly to the scalp. It absorbs quickly and leaves no sticky or greasy feeling, something I really appreciate since my hair can easily feel heavy from the wrong products. When I massage the serum in, my scalp feels instantly fresh and hydrated. It gives a lovely feeling without weighing the hair down. I also notice that my hair gets a bit more lift at the roots and feels airier after styling. After using the product for a while, I feel that my hair is stronger and healthier. It looks fuller and is easier to style, which is a big plus for me as I sometimes feel that my hair can feel flat. Lightweight and fast-absorbing
I have tested this serum as part of the entire line and think it really complements the routine for fine or flat hair. The consistency is very light and more like a thin spray serum than an oil, which makes it quickly absorb into the scalp without feeling greasy. I massage it in at the roots and find that the scalp feels hydrated and fresh right away. The hair also gets a bit more hold and feels stronger when styling. What I like most is that it doesn't weigh the hair down at all – something that is otherwise common with scalp serums. After a few weeks of use, the hair feels fuller and more resilient to wear.
