Use as a complete system together with Extreme Bleach Recovery Shampoo and Cica Cream leave-in. After using the Extreme Bleach Recovery Shampoo, squeeze out any excess water from your hair and apply 1-4 doses from the mid-lengths to the ends, depending on the hair length. 1 dose = 10 ml (see the marks on the side of the bottle). Work up a light foam. Rinse. Follow with the Extreme Bleach Recovery Cica Cream leave-in. Rinse immediately in case of contact with eyes.
