Disappointed!
Very disappointed with this. I previously had a Remington curling iron in the same size in black that is no longer sold for 500 kr, which was MUCH better. It's sad that a newer model disappoints. The hair gets stuck in the very annoying knob that ruins the curls when they fall down, and they have absolutely no hold. I have to hold the hair against the curling iron for 5-6 seconds longer than with other curling irons to get a worse result. What you describe about your hair getting caught in the clamp and the curls not holding is obviously far from optimal, and definitely not how the product is meant to work. It's really nice that you also highlight both appearance and design – but we completely agree that the result must always come first.
