This product actually works. I was extremely plagued with urinary tract infections this summer. It just wouldn't go away. I went through two courses of antibiotics. That took care of the bacterial infection, but I had a very irritated bladder for a long time afterward. This product was my salvation. I took two courses of 2 capsules per day, and then continued with one capsule a day. It calmed everything down. Anyone who has had a urinary tract infection knows how extremely nice it is when you get something that calms the bladder down.
