It could also be that if the serum is applied too close to the eye or in an excessive manner, it can get into the eye and cause irritation/inflammation. I understand that you have full control over this, and here it’s about thinking less is more 🤩 If the applicator or the product's contents have been contaminated with bacteria, this can cause an infection that leads to inflammation. I don’t know how long you’ve been using this. I've heard both negative and positive comments about this product. Personally, I think it works great on my lashes and I recommend it to people who don't have sensitive eyes. Worked so well, I've always had long but weak lashes. There is a really big difference in use before and after (5 months). I love this lash serum and will always buy it again, the only downside is the price😢
