This balm is soft and smooth on the skin, but I find it a bit cooling, which is nice when you've been picking a lot, like when you shave, and then it's very relaxing and cooling even though it's not actually cold.

Tested this two times and so far have nothing negative to say about it, very nice and not so sticky gel compared to some other shaving gels
Feels nice, cooling. It hasn't removed my itch though.
