    Doesn't color

    This is the third time I'm trying this color, and it's the third time I get no color at all. I've used different amounts of packets, and this time half of the hair was brown and half bleached before, but not even the blonde got any color at all.

    Hey, does this color bleach unbleached hair? I'm going to do blonde highlights in my natural black hair and tone with this color. Can I apply it to the whole hair without changing the color of the hair that isn't bleached?
