    Doesn't color

    This is the third time I'm trying this color, and it's the third time I get no color at all. I've used different amounts of packets, and this time half of the hair was brown and half bleached before, but not even the blonde got any color at all.

It's unfortunate that the result wasn't what you hoped for!
