Cooling pads turn off during treatment
Hi, question! I bought the mask and I am satisfied. However, I have noticed that the mask turns off the cooling pads during each treatment session, and after a moment they start again, but not simultaneously. It can also be normal for the left and right cooling pads to start at slightly different times, depending on skin contact and temperature.
