  After the first use, the cup had an unpleasant smell even though I washed and boiled the cup. The same happened with a previous cup, but only after many uses (it wasn’t this particular cup but of similar quality). It’s unfortunate because the cup is easy to use and lightweight.

  It doesn't open no matter what you do, walk, fold differently, or twist. It's not worth wasting money on this product.

    Hi Fiapia 🥰 It can be a bit tricky before you find the right technique. You’ve probably tried, but maybe it can help to try a different folding method and place it a little higher or lower while relaxing your pelvic floor. Once it’s in, release your grip and twist/rotate or wiggle the cup, feel around the rim and press lightly against the vaginal wall if you feel a dent 🌸 I see some others have written that it usually resolves if you walk around a bit, then it unfolds. Hope this helps you get it to work 💕 or that you have another one from before that you think works better.
