How to use:
1. Wash your hands. Remove the wrapper.
2. Pull out the string.
3. Gently separate the labia with your free hand.
4. Push the tampon gently as far up and back into the vagina as possible. If it feels tight, adjust the angle slightly. If you can still feel the tampon, push it in a bit more. You shouldn't feel it once it's properly in place. Wash your hands again.

Easy to remove: Just pull gently on the string. If it’s hard to take out the tampon, it might not have absorbed fully yet. In that case, wait a bit before removing it and consider using a tampon with a lower absorbency next time. Dispose of the tampon in the trash. Do not flush down the toilet.
