I skimmed through the English text quickly last night after I opened my new order. This hand and foot scrub should be used on dry skin. So first wash your hands/feet clean. Dry them thoroughly. It’s best to let them dry for a while before you start using this product. Follow the instructions carefully. You rinse off the product after a few minutes.
