No difference yet, but there’s potential!
I’ve been testing this product for about 3-4 weeks now. My first impression of the cleanser was that it felt luxurious, the consistency felt very nice on the skin, and it has almost no scent at all, which I find very positive. As mentioned, it feels very nice on the skin and like a mild and gentle cleanser. Unfortunately, I can’t claim that I’ve noticed such a big difference on my skin after using this, compared to my old cleanser, but it’s definitely not bad. I personally have had acne problems for several years and still haven’t found anything that works perfectly for my skin, but I will continue to use the product and see if anything changes. Personally, the product hasn’t really lived up to my expectations as I don’t see any difference yet. As a test pilot, I got to try 3 products from LA ROCHE-POSAY for 4 weeks!💙 I LOVE “Effaclar Cleansing Gel + M 400 ml” Not only is the bottle big and lasts long, but you need just a little product for it to lather a lot!🫧 I also appreciate that it has a pump! Makes it easier😅 For me, a good face wash is one that lathers a lot! I feel the cleanest after a wash then✨ So 5/5 for this Cleansing Gel! Stable and good!
My first impression is that you can't miss how much product you get for the money. I love the pump that makes it easy to get the product out. The cleanser is a nice transparent formula that lathers just enough in my opinion. I use this after oil cleansing. I've been able to try this cleanser for a month now and I must say that I really like it. I always feel clean and fresh in my face after washing and think that it neither dries out nor irritates my acne-prone skin. However, I haven't noticed any significant difference in the amount of pimples, scars, or "visible impurities" that I have/get, but it has more kept my skin in its normal acne-prone form without making it worse. I have acne-prone, sensitive, combination skin with both oily and dry areas all over my face. In recent years, I haven't found a product that has made my skin completely acne-free, so the fact that this cleanser at least doesn't make it worse is a big plus for me! As I said, I haven't noticed any major results from this cleanser alone, but in combination with other products, this is a really nice cleanser for acne-prone, sensitive, and oily skin. Good but not "wow"😅
Introduction: Describing this product is difficult. It has both many good qualities and a few less good ones. I tend to get a lot of acne, rashes, and infected pores, so I am always cautious when trying new skincare. For this reason, I must say that this La Roche-Posay cleanser is incredibly gentle on my skin barrier and absolutely fantastic to use, whether used alongside an oil-based cleanser or on its own. Positive: - Deep cleansing and removes makeup residue - Lasts incredibly long - Non-acnegenic - Can be combined Negative: - Quite sticky (I have to rinse twice for everything to disappear) - Large and a bit cumbersome if you want to take it somewhere - No standout feature compared to other products Summary: The easiest way to explain how I feel about the product is that it is very good, but I don’t think it is anything special. Personally, I'm not a fan of oily cleansers, and this one left my skin a bit dry after use. But I still got a nice glow in my skin afterward and might recommend this cleanser to those with oilier skin. This product is such a product that everyone should have in their cabinet, regardless of whether you have acne-prone skin or normal skin, with lighter issues or none at all. I have tested the product for about 4 weeks. During this period, I haven't gotten a single pimple or any problem with my skin. I want to say that I don't have acne but I easily get a few pimples here and there, especially along the jawline or small bumps! This product is like a regular shower gel but better, I get clean without getting dried out while also being able to treat pimples and blemishes that pop up on my body from time to time. I have also tested this on my face and found it just as good on that front. At first, I was a little scared to try this since I previously tried Effaclair, but a different kind from La Roche-Posay that was a bit too strong for my dry and sensitive skin. However, this was surprisingly good. It has calmed my "spots" on my back and tidied up my bumpy legs a bit. It also doesn't smell special, neither perfumed nor "medicinal". The consistency is also good, a transparent shower gel that feels economical. Nice packaging in a pump bottle that can also be refilled. That's definitely a bonus! I can highly recommend this! Good and smooth facial cleanser

I also use makeup almost daily and think that the cleanser removes all makeup residues, which is very nice. Even though the product is more suited for someone with oily skin, I think it works fine with my sensitive and drier skin as long as you remember to moisturize afterwards. When I first got the product home, I was positively surprised, it’s a pretty large cleansing bottle and lasts a long time. It lathers up so well that a pump is enough to wash the whole face. 💕 - It smells incredibly good. 💕 - The skin feels soft after use, doesn’t dry out. 💕 - Lots of content. 💕 - Worth the price. ✨ - I personally have always had problems with oily skin and easily get red rashes. This cleansing gel has truly become a new favorite. You see results after just a week and you can really feel how the skin is softened after each wash. 💃🏻 - The results I’ve gotten after 3-4 weeks of use speak for themselves.
