Ingredients
Neutrogena® Blackhead Elminating Cleansing Toner deeply cleanses working at the source to help unclog pores and remove trapped oil and dirt. Formulated with purifying Salicylic acid and is clinically proven to help fight and prevent blackheads from day 1.
Use:
Apply to a cotton pad and wipe over face and neck twice daily. Do not rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on irritated skin. Stop the use in case irritation occurs.
