    One word: WOW🤍✨

An amazing cream for sensitive, acne-prone skin! I've never used up a cream as fast as this one😍 Love the ingredients and that it's fragrance-free! I have a reddish, acne-prone skin that needs care. It has a silky smooth texture and leaves the skin soft and hydrated. Not too thin and not too thick! Definitely one of the best moisturizers I've tested (and I've tested many!!). If you don't like niacinamide, you might want to steer clear, but my skin eeels loves it!🫶🏼 I think most people will fall in love with this!

Hi Jasmine 😊 This type of cream does not require you to use sunscreen by itself. However, it is always a good habit to use SPF during the day since the skin is exposed to UV rays regardless of which products you use. Sunscreen is more about protecting the skin long-term and preventing damage than being a must linked specifically to this product. So it’s not a requirement, but it is always recommended as part of a good skincare routine. Have a nice day! 💌

My sensitive acne-prone skin loves this!!

So, this cream works fantastic for me. It soothes the skin if it has been irritated by something. It also evens out my skin tone (my acne scars). It doesn’t give me pimples and moisturizes the skin in a pleasant way. This will be a must-have for me now. If you have sensitive skin that easily gets irritated with a tendency to acne, I really recommend this!! 😍😍 #lykoreview

Hey Oliver! 👋 We sell the updated version with the new formula, but during the transition period, both old and new variants can be shipped from the warehouse since they are under the same product page and article number. Strangely enough, we cannot guarantee which formulation will be sent before the order is packed, as everything is handled through an automated system in the warehouse 📦 All the best! 😊

    New formula?

Hi, I was wondering if this is the new formula?

Hey Julie 💌 During a transition phase, both the old and new formulation can be in circulation at the same time. Since it is still the same product, they are listed under the same product page and article number, and therefore both variants can be shipped from the warehouse. Because of this, we unfortunately do not have the ability to see or guarantee which formulation is sent before the order is packed. Have a lovely day ahead💓

    Fake or new appearance

I have read the formula and it is the same, but it looks fake compared to the one I bought last year. I have seen people in the comments taking pictures of the one I have, but that is not the one you are selling. So is it fake or has it changed appearance?

Hi there Hillevi! 👋 I understand your confusion 🤍 The formula and consistency have been updated a bit, and in connection with this, the ingredient list and design of the packaging have also changed. Therefore, the product you bought about a year ago may look a little different compared to what is sold today. You can feel completely assured that the products we sell are genuine and come directly from our authorized suppliers 🙏 Take care 😍

    345 cream and salicylic acid

Hi, I was wondering if it's safe to combine 2 acids with the 345 cream. For example, Cerave's salicylic acid cleanser and then apply the 345 relief cream. Can you wash your face with salicylic acid and then apply 345? And can you also use azelaic acid and then apply 345?

Hey Mariam😊 It’s going well to use salicylic acid cleanser from CeraVe and then apply Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream. Since salicylic acid in a cleanser is rinsed off, you can safely follow up with the cream to soothe and hydrate the skin. You can also use azelaic acid and then the 345 cream. Apply active ingredients to clean, dry skin first and finish with the cream. If the skin feels irritated by both the cleanser and azelaic acid, it might be good to use them on different days. The salicylic cleanser should not be used daily as it can be too drying, so try a few times a week. Don’t forget to use sunscreen during the day either. Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice Friday✨

    Same product|new formula

Dr.Althea has released the same product with a new formulation that is ”fungal acne safe” and contains PDRN DNA. Is this something you will be getting in the near future 😊?
