    Super nice product

I've had problems with pimples and red areas, suspect rosacea. Started with this and I've noticed a crazy big difference.

I can say with 90% certainty that is rosacea. You should go to the clinic and you will probably start a treatment, likely with soolantra :) It has helped my skin a lot.

    About acne during pregnancy

Hi, I am pregnant and have had to change my skincare routine. Now I am looking for something that can help with acne during pregnancy. Is this a good option or do you have other alternatives that are better suited? My new (minimalistic) pregnancy routine: Morning: - Cleanser: La Roche-Posay Foaming gel - Serum: La Roche-Posay pure vitamin C12 serum - Moisturizer + SPF: CeraVe facial moisturising lotion Evening: - Cleanser: La Roche-Posay Foaming gel ----- Treatment: need something for acne and dark spots - Moisturizer: CeraVe Skin renewing peptide cream

    Wow

This is a multifunctional cream that effectively soothes redness, evens out skin tone, and provides renewed radiance by combating impurities and uneven texture. The lightweight suspension acts as a powerful antioxidant and leaves the skin with a soft, matte finish that feels noticeably clearer with regular use.

    Weird?

When I apply the cream to my face, my skin starts to burn and sting, and the next morning my face is so dry that the skin even starts to peel a little. Am I using the product wrong or why does it dry out my face so much? Should I put another cream on top to get more moisture for my face? Or is this reaction because I haven't used the product long enough yet?

Hi 🤍 Thank you for sharing your experience! ✨ Azelaic acid is an active ingredient that can cause mild tingling and dryness, especially at first when the skin is getting used to it. Flaking can therefore be a common reaction in the beginning. A tip is to start using the product gradually, for example every other night, and always follow up with a moisturizer to help the skin retain its moisture. If irritation continues, it might be good to take a break and restart usage at a slower pace. Have a nice day! 🌷

    A must!

I have been using this for a couple of years and use it regularly for mild acne, rosacea, and sebum plugs. I think it works really well! On days when I feel extra "clogged," I use it overnight and in the morning my skin looks better! Not a miracle cure but it makes a difference for me at least. #lykoreview

Add this 2 times a week?

In the summer, I have combination skin, T-zone somewhat oily and greasier. But in the winter normal. I have hormonal imbalance and get pimples on my chin if I don't manage food/sleep/stress. I strive for a simple, strong, calm skin barrier. Before I start with retinol, I want to test this as a light anti-age. I am 27 years old. My skincare routine right now is this: Step one: the ordinary squalane cleanse (if I have makeup on) Step two: COSRX Low Ph Good Morning Gel Cleanser (Only evening) Step three: ACO Face Hydrating Vitamin B Booster Step four: The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA In the morning, if I haven't gotten oily skin overnight, I just use water or Avène Thermal Spring Water.

Hey Josefina😊 The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% is mild and usually works well when also using retinol, depending on sensitivity and skin type. Use it 2 times a week, on days when you are not using retinol, after cleansing and before moisturizer. It can help with acne, uneven skin tone, and provide a light anti-aging effect without irritating, and works well in your current routine. Experiment and see what feels good for your skin. Don't forget sunscreen during the day🌞 Wishing you a super nice day💫

I use this to maintain my pd. You can feel a bit dry afterwards, so I usually have a serum underneath.

    Problematic Skin

Finally, I found a product that helps with hormonal acne. My skin condition has already improved significantly within a month (along with other products). I use the product primarily in the evening with a moisturizing cream. I haven't tried how it works under makeup.

Hey there Annelie Kristina! 👋 Azelaic acid and retinol work well together, but since both are active ingredients, your skin may need some time to adjust 🩷 Azelaic acid helps to even out skin tone and combat blemishes, while retinol stimulates cell renewal and gives the skin a smoother texture 👌 For best results and to avoid irritation, you can: 💧Use retinol in the evening and azelaic acid in the morning, or 💧Alternate evenings between the two products. Don't forget to always moisturize your skin and use sunscreen during the day, as retinol makes the skin more sensitive to the sun 🌞 With a tailored routine, the combination can provide both a more even skin tone and improved skin texture in a gentle way! Hope you like it!
