    Rosaceahud

I have tried food tracking, prescription creams, skincare, antibiotics, different series... nothing has worked - until this came into my life. This just keeps the rosacea at bay!

My skin today. Double cleanse, niacinamide, and maaasssse moisture have been the rescue❤️ and cut out all sugar and fast carbs.

    Combine with other products

Hi. I have the following products, how can I incorporate this one but also combine it with the products? That is, which can I use in the same routine and which should not be used in the same routine? Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% (TO) Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner (TO) Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (TO) Retinal 0.2% Emulsion (TO) C-Glow Serum (Geek & Gorgeous) (I will always finish with SPF and cream in the day/night)

Hey Anna! I don’t know anything about your skin, so this is just a product/ingredient recommendation, because you have a lot of active products, and it can easily become too much for the skin - make sure you also have gentle nourishing products to balance it out. 🌞 Vitamin C alone in the morning since it’s ascorbic acid plus moisturizer and UV protection. 🌛 Then the rest is in the evening, but all should be gradually introduced, even Azelaic if you start with that, and acids/retinoids should be used on different evenings. Niacinamide can often be combined with acids and retinoids. Swap out glycolic and try Azelaic or alternate, I would say. Plus moisturizer. Take care 🌸

    Night cream?

Hey! Does this cream work as a night cream? I use cleanser, serum, and then some type of cream in the evening.

    When in the routine?

Hi! I'm wondering when I should use this in my routine. I should add that I have rosacea and perioral dermatitis. I use: Beauty Of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water 150 ml COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 100 ml La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Soothing Moisturizer 40 ml (as night cream) La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermallergo Creme 40 ml (as day cream) But I've heard a lot of good things about this and I'm wondering if it could be an alternative in my routine!

Hi Clara😊 Thank you for sharing your skincare routine — it makes it easier to give the right tips!✨ If you want to add The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, it could be a good complement to reduce redness and soothe the skin, especially for rosacea and perioral dermatitis. Since your skin is sensitive, it’s important to introduce it carefully. Feel free to start with a patch test for a few evenings. If your skin reacts well, you can use the azelaic acid every other evening, after you’ve cleansed and used your essences, so after Beauty Of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water and COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, but before applying the night cream — in this case, La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Soothing Moisturizer. During the day, I recommend that you continue with your La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermallergo Cream and of course, sun protection. Remember to avoid combining azelaic acid with other active ingredients on the same evening, and discontinue use if your skin shows irritation. Keep the rest of the routine calm and moisturizing to help your skin adjust in the best way. Feel free to reach out if you need help adjusting your routine further! You can reach us at hudterapeuten@lyko.com📧 Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice Friday🌞

    Surprisingly good

Absolutely amazing for rosacea, but you have to give it at least a month and be diligent with sun protection and moisturizing cream.

Does it work with other products?

I use the trio pack "slow down aging" and wonder if I can add this to my routine without any problems? Best regards

Hi Tove😊 Thank you for your question✨ Depending on your skin type and sensitivity, you can try adding The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% to your routine, but keep in mind not to use acids (like azelaic acid) at the same time as retinoids, as your "Slow Down Aging" trio contains retinol. Combining acids and retinoids can irritate the skin. I recommend that you first introduce this slowly and then alternate between the products on completely different days to avoid irritation and get the best results, also let the skin rest completely with just moisture in between during the week. Don’t forget to use sunscreen during the day, as both acids and retinol can make the skin more sensitive to the sun. If you feel the slightest irritation or sensitivity, then back off and take a complete break. The skin barrier can be disrupted by too many active ingredients, so the best thing is to take it easy and listen to your skin's signals. I hope my answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice day🌞

Hi! Yes, you can use Hatomugi Skin Conditioner before azelaic acid — and in fact, that’s a great combo for a gentle, hydrating routine 🫧😍

    Combination of different brands

I want to get rid of my acne scars. How long do you think it will take if I use this product? I also wonder if it's okay to use these products together: Morning 1. CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser 2. Geek & Gorgeous C-Glow vitamin c 3. Beauty of Joseon Glow Serum 4. CeraVe PM 5. COSRX spf 50 Evening 1. CeraVe oil cleanser 2. The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% 3. CeraVe PM For context, I have sensitive skin and feel that I am a bit oily in the T-zone. I rarely get pimples lately. I’m worried that the products might not work well together since they belong to different brands. Is that true? Grateful for any answers 🫶

Hey Nor 😊 When it comes to timing, it’s incredibly hard to comment as it depends on so many different factors. What I’m thinking of that could be a clash is Geek & Gorgeous C-Glow vitamin c & Beauty of Joseon Glow Serum - as one contains vitamin c and the other Niacinamide, which could counteract each other's effects - so to be on the safe side, you can use them separately every other day instead. Otherwise, I see no problems. Have a nice day! 💌

    Super nice product

I've had problems with pimples and red areas, suspect rosacea. Started with this and I've noticed a crazy big difference.

I can say with 90% certainty that is rosacea. You should go to the clinic and you will probably start a treatment, likely with soolantra :) It has helped my skin a lot.
