Rice Toner from I'm From is formulated with 77.78% rice extract which is effective for increased elasticity in the skin. It has a brightening and luminous effect. Rice is an antioxidant-rich ingredient that contains, among other things, vitamin E, ferulic acid and oryzanol. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss. It eliminates dead skin cells and contributes to radiance and an even skin tone while relieving irritated and dry skin. The rice extract comes from Yeoju in the province of Gyeonggi in South Korea. The toner is completely vegan and also free of silicones, alcohol, perfume and essential oils. Use:
After cleaning

1) Shake well before use so the emulsion mixes.
2) Gently pat the toner into the face after washing or use a cotton pad and apply to dry areas
