4. Toner
Traditionally in the Western world, a toner is used to remove residual dirt from your skin. In Korea, it is used both to restore the pH balance, a little bit to cleanse, but mainly to add moisture to the skin after washing, and thus prepare it for creams that are applied afterwards.
