7/10 | It's not bad, but it's also nothing special. I wouldn't say it's soothing, as it's no different to any toner without that lable. It's slightly thicker than water and absorbes well. It does sting on any open pimples or slightly compromised skin. I saw no change in reddness or anything else with my skin, and all i can say about it is that it provided a good moisture for the products that come next, and I'd say that's the toners job.
