Venous Insufficiency
Hi, I have been confirmed via vc that I have venous insufficiency, and I use compression stockings for this. It helps a little, but in the afternoons I get pain in my left leg (the shin and calf). Sometimes I can also get numbness in my legs. Can this magnesium oil help with my pain in the left leg?Translated from swedish
23 views- Farmaceut på Lyko5 daysHey Suss76😊 I understand 🤍 Magnesium oil can sometimes provide relief for muscle pain or cramps, as magnesium can help the muscles relax, so it can definitely be worth trying. However, it does not affect the venous insufficiency or blood circulation itself, so it is primarily a supplement to the compression stockings. So good that you are using compression stockings 👏🏻 - please continue to do so, other tips that you have probably already received are to keep your legs elevated and to ensure circulation with exercise. Contact the health center if the pain or numbness worsens 👩🏻⚕️ I hope my answer can be helpful! Take good care of yourself and I wish you a super nice day🌞

Mixed
Absorbs well into the skin. But it is very drying and I have sensitive skin, so it doesn't work for me.Translated from norwegian

Better than expected! ... But got a rash
I've never tried magnesium spray before, so I must admit I was a bit skeptical that this would actually help with the pain I have ... but I felt the effect of the spray about 1 minute after application! It didn't completely remove the pain, but I didn't have to take a Paracetamol, so I'm super satisfied! Highly recommended 🤩 #lykoreview Updated: after about an hour it started to itch a bit, and when I finally checked (a while after that), I had developed a red rash at the 3 places I had sprayed. It itched intensely until I was able to wash off the oil 😢 So now I just hope the rash goes away by tomorrow 😅Translated from norwegian
1059 views- 9 monthsHey Josephine I’m aware of the tingling feeling, it came directly from the spraying, but only lasted a few minutes and didn’t bother me much. The itching and the red rash, however, bothered me a lot, and appeared long after application and lasted even after the product was washed off. That’s not quite normal, based on what I read online. It’s quite possible my sensitive skin doesn’t like something in the spray. Fortunately, the rash went away the next day, but I probably won’t use the spray again. I’d rather find one that I don’t react negatively to Wishing you a nice day too 🎈
