I think the eye cream provides very good moisture, and the skin around the eyes feels soft and comfortable. I have actually seen an improvement in my skin since I started using Filorga products, but since I have used several products from the brand simultaneously over several years, it is hard to say how much of the improvement is due to this particular eye cream.
