      Hi Nadia So sorry to read that this product didn't meet your expectations! How this cream sits on the skin depends on the other products (and the amount of them) you use in the rest of your routine. Try using a little less serum and possibly day cream before applying Nova Cream, and give the products time to absorb well into the skin between each step Wishing you a wonderful day ahead
