Recommended use: Due to its high calorie content, Massive Mass should be dosed according to body weight: Start with 1/2 dose to determine tolerance. For body weight under 80 kg take 1/2 serving (2 scoops approx. 117 g approx. 520 kcal) For weight over 80 kg take 1 full serving at a time (4 scoops approx. 233 g approx. 1041 kcal) mix with 4-5 dl of water in a shaker and shake vigorously, then top up with water to desired consistency and shake again.
