  Hey! No, there is no difference. I have bought both, and I think they just changed the name of "The Wet Detangler" so that it is now called "The Ultimate Detangler".

The Ultimate Detangler is a detangling hairbrush designed for wet hair. With 325 two-tiered teeth which flex over tangles and knots, hair is quickly and gently detangled with reduced breakage. Perfect for the shower, also use it to evenly draw shampoo and conditioning treatments through the hair.

Use:
Start detangling at the ends of the hair first, working your way up the head until you can easily brush from root to ends. Continue brushing with downward strokes following the shape of head. Can also be used to distribute shampoo or conditioner through wet hair.
