Still the Best!
I found these liquid highlighters from TheBalm about 6-7 years ago, and even though I've tried around twenty other highlighters over the years, I always come back to these. They are absolutely incredible! Drop It Like It’s Watt: The slightly darker shade that is perfect when I’m tanned or have used self-tanner. Better Late Than Never: The lighter shade that has become my absolute favorite for everyday use! They are so incredibly pigmented, creamy, and easy to apply on the skin. They blend seamlessly into the skin without lifting or ruining the makeup underneath and really give that "wow" effect! They are also 100% vegan, which feels extra good at heart.
