To counter this color monopoly, Sandy Lerner, David Soward and Wende Zomnir made a bold decision and in January 1996 launched the Urban Decay brand, which today includes everything from the popular Naked palettes and award-winning eyeliners, to the legendary All Nighter Setting Spray.
