The tropical flavor is good and perfect for me since I actually don’t like taking tablets. It’s like candy, but filled with nutrients. I see others have commented that there is too little collagen in these, but there is still more in these than in many other tablets and gummies I’ve seen on the market. The question is, though, does it make a difference for the skin? I think I notice an improvement, but I also eat a lot of eggs, nuts, and seeds as well as vitamin C, which contains and contributes to the body’s own collagen production. This is a supplement, so unfortunately it’s not a magical solution by itself. But in combination with other things, it’s a good supplement. 💕 #lykoreview

I've always had very short and brittle nails, then I got this product recommended by a friend and had to try it. I tried it for about a month and initially didn't notice any major difference, but I chose to continue anyway, and today I have long and strong nails thanks to these. I can highly recommend!

I have now finished 3 of these jars, I take 2 a day so the one with 60 lasts a month which is very good. The great thing about these is that they taste good and you don't get tired of them. I've had two with raspberry and one with peach, and both taste like candy, which is very good since I don't like capsules. I haven't noticed any difference in my hair directly, but my nails grow very fast and they are very good and strong. Put it on TikTok, people say their hair gets better which I haven't noticed, but it could be that it has improved without me thinking about it. 🥰🥰🥰
