I've always had strong nails, but in the last few months I've noticed that they've started to break and come off to my great frustration and horror! So I bought this, and I'm now on my second jar! My nails have become much stronger π€ I've also used a strengthening nail polish that could have definitely helped, but I really believe in this. My hair has become a bit thicker, stronger, and softer πͺπ½π§Έ I've noticed that my baby hair on my forehead has grown, much to my surprise! It really shows how good this has been for me. π I can highly recommend this!!
