Hi, I have a money piece in front in a light cool tone. I’m going to let the hair in the back grow out so it doesn’t get so damaged. Nothing happened
I got this as a recommendation after the hair test. I have bleached highlights that turn yellow quickly. I was careful to say that my hair is very hard to bleach and weak things don't work on my hair. I have quite thick and strong hair and got tips on the lightest silver color because I want gray-silver highlights. Absolutely nothing else happened other than that it got some slightly lighter spots but not silver at all. Honestly feels like it just got yellower…Translated from swedish

Cooler tone?
I dyed my hair at the salon, first red and then toned it back to my natural hair color (the one that shows at the roots), but I can't quite get rid of the warm orange-red color in the lengths. Green tones are common when making light hair darker. Try to figure out your hair level (number between 1-10 where 1=black, 10=white) and then if your hair is for example level 6, look for a level 6 toner with some red in it.
