    Put your butt in the dirt, how disgusting they smell😂 it smells like you haven't emptied a hamster/rabbit toilet in a month or so😬 and the capsules are quite large, so a bit hard to swallow, and I can report that there was an aftertaste just as disgusting as they smell, almost threw up. I only took one capsule, and that was the first and last one I took🤲 so unfortunately I can't rate the result🤖🏽
