• 🍎 ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 🥛 ½ cup non-dairy milk
• 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 🍯 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
• 🍦 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
• 🌾 1 ¼ cup oat flour
• 🥄 ½ tsp baking powder
• 🥄 ½ tsp baking soda
• 🧂 ¼ tsp salt
METHOD:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together the applesauce, non-dairy milk, lemon juice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
2️⃣ Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake into a pan and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
