NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells. It is derived from vitamin B-3, also known as niacin. NADH is an important cofactor for hundreds of biochemical reactions and is widely used in the production of cellular energy (ATP). NADH also plays an important role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters in the brain. Use:
Recommended daily intake: Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach. Take with 2 dl water
30 minutes before a meal.
