Kombucha - refreshing with a thousand years of history Kombucha is a lightly effervescent and refreshing drink brewed from fermented green tea. In Asia, kombucha is a traditional drink with a thousand-year history. Today it is popular all over the world, not least for its probiotic properties. The role of bacteria The idea of probiotics is to restore the bacterial balance in the intestinal flora. Many bacteria are essential to our lives. Some of them make it difficult for bad microorganisms to establish themselves in the stomach. Others facilitate the absorption of essential minerals in the body. And still others keep the immune system on its toes. Always the highest quality Our kombucha is based on only four ingredients, all of the highest quality: filtered water, organic green tea, organic cane sugar and a living kombucha culture. For the tea base, we use organic Sencha. It is one of the most classic and Japanese varieties of green tea, and provides an exciting taste. The good sugar Sugar plays a major role in the fermentation process. Not to sweeten the drink, but to accelerate the development of lactic acid bacteria strains. A finished kombucha batch contains less than 6g of sugar/100ml of drink - significantly less than in traditional soft drinks. Four different flavours The result of the brewing process is our refreshing and pearly kombucha, which comes in several delicious flavours: cola, peach, ginger & lemon and raspberry!

Use:
Kombucha tastes best cold. Do not shake the bottle, and open carefully. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and drink within 3 days. The fermentation process may give rise to a small amount of alcohol (<1.2%). therefore, kombucha should be avoided by people for whom even a small amount of alcohol can be harmful.>
