Make sure to apply enough sunscreen (2 mg/cm² of skin) on clean, dry skin at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Using too little cream can seriously cut down on the effectiveness of the sun protection. Reapply every two hours if you’re in direct sunlight, especially after towel drying, swimming, or sweating. It’s crucial to reapply to keep that protection going and ensure the treatment works. Don’t forget your sunglasses and sun hat when you’re out in the sun! Also, try to avoid being in the sun during peak hours (11 AM – 4 PM) when it’s the strongest. For external use only. Shake well before use.
