Use:

3. Gently place the cup on the skin over the area you want to treat and squeeze the cup from both sides, then release to create a vacuum. 4. Use a slow sweeping motion and move the cup in an outward and upward motion. Move the cup constantly to prevent cupping marks. Work on one side of the face at a time.
