    Sweet new favorite for complicated skin

    Since my skin has developed hormonally changed needs that have turned my old skincare routine upside down, I have searched high and low for a new moisturizer for winter. My skin needs both moisture and oil, but in very mild formulations. Products for dry or dehydrated skin often give me clogged pores that quickly turn into severe nodular acne, while products for normal skin tend to leave my face dry, tight, and slightly flaky. Did I also mention that I have sensitive tendencies? Skin is FUN 🙃 Gel products are usually way too light for me, but since Beplain is a beloved brand that makes sweet products, I still gave this gel moisturizer a chance. Thank goodness, in hindsight. This has kept my face well all winter, without a single angry pore, dry patch, or any hint of stinging even on irritated skin. In terms of hydration, it is for me just *sufficient*, not *perfect*, but it suffices. The skin may not get that all-day super bouncy feeling or the dewy glow I prefer, but it becomes soft and smooth, refreshed, and allows foundation to sit flawless. More than that, I can't currently ask for. The consistency is nice and quite rich for a gel cream. Right after application, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling (something I prefer, as products that don't do that never hydrate enough for me), which disappears after 5-10 minutes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a super sweet day cream that I think will be appreciated most by normal to slightly dry/slightly oily skin, including sensitive. If you have extremely dry skin, it may not be sufficient other than possibly in the summer. But it is wonderful for my unique needs, and also the first of 10-15 moisturizers that have neither clogged pores nor left my skin dry as a desert. It remains a must in my routine. #lykoreview

    Buying again and again

    I have been using Beplain Hyaluronic Aqua Moisturizer consistently for about 1.5 years, and this is the only moisturizer I have bought again and again😍 I have combination skin that easily gets breakouts, and I am very skeptical about new skin care – many clog my pores. This provides good moisture without feeling greasy. I don’t think it absorbs particularly quickly into the skin, but I like the feeling of my skin looking glowy and hydrated - so it doesn’t bother me. I use it morning and night, also under makeup. It doesn’t make my skin shiny throughout the day. Something I have also noticed is the packaging. The tube is very practical – I can use up all the product, unlike many other creams where there is always some left that is hard to get out. This makes the product feel even more worth the price. That said, I don’t think this is the best cream for very dry skin, especially in winter. It can be a bit too light on its own. For my skin type, however, it works very well, and it has become a staple in my routine. All in all, a simple and nice moisturizer that I recommend to you with combination, oily, or slightly blemished skin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars for my skin #konkurranseinflutester

    Pretty okay

    Didn’t quite work for my combination to dry skin. I think it works better for oily skin. Didn’t provide enough moisture, my skin became stiff and matte.

    Good under makeup

    Provides good moisture, but feels sticky on the skin long after application, so it’s good in the morning before applying makeup, but I would probably choose another for the evening

    Sweet & Hydrating

    This day cream feels like a sweet pat on the cheek! For us with combination and reactive skin, this simple, hydrating cream is super. The skin slurrrps this up in a snap, and becomes soft and smooth. In winter, especially during weather changes, it might get a bit too greasy even for me. But the rest of the year, this works just fine!

    Must have for combination skin!

    This cream is absolutely amazing! The cream has a light and pleasant gel consistency while providing lots of moisture! I have some dry areas on my skin, especially when winter comes, and this cream is a must have. Additionally, it sits like a dream under makeup. Not only is the product itself lovely and practical to use, but the ingredient list is also much shorter than that of many other creams, which I see as a positive because the cream is then "cleaner" and doesn't contain a lot of unnecessary filler ingredients that do nothing good for the skin! #konkurranseinflutester

    Love this!

    I have struggled a lot with acne and bumps on my skin, but this combined with the Mung Bean cleanser from Beplain has completely changed my skin! Now people ask me what I use for my skin, and that has never happened before❤️😭 I have super sensitive skin and react to everything, but I recommend this! 👌
