Use:
Body wash/shower cream: Moisten the skin and apply the desired amount of soap to the body with circular movements. Use the sponge for a scrubbing effect. Rinse off with clean water.
Body Lotion/hand cream: Apply the cream to clean and dry skin/hands with circular movements.
Bath crystals: Fill the bathtub with sufficiently warm water and pour the desired amount of bath crystals (bath salts) into the bath water, let them dissolve. Rinse off with clean water.
