New forever product for me
This is magical for me, as I am normally extremely sensitive to vitamin C in skincare. Bought & tested & bought a refill of two new tubes halfway down in the first tube. I see a big difference in my “aunt” spots that have faded considerably. Additionally, it moisturizes wonderfully & soothes my reactive skin. Scars from breakouts are long gone & plitlisa hasn’t gotten a single new one since I started with this. Almost too good to be true!! 🍊🌿 A vitamin C serum that feels so gentle on the skin!
I have really fallen for Beauty of Joseon Light On Serum Centella + Vita C! 🥹✨ This is the kind of serum I especially like when I want to work on glow and uneven skin tone, but at the same time don’t want to use a super strong vitamin C that feels intense on the skin. The first thing I like is the texture. It feels light, smooth, and moisturizing, and I think it absorbs nicely without leaving the skin particularly sticky. Perfect under the rest of the skincare and also in the morning before SPF. 🤍 What makes it a bit extra interesting is the combination of 10% stable vitamin C derivative and a whole 68% Centella Asiatica. The vitamin C is meant to help with a brighter and more even skin tone, while the centella gives a soothing and moisturizing feeling. I really think this is a serum for that “my skin but a little more glowing” feeling. ✨ The skin looks fresher and feels softer, without me having to apply a bunch of different active products. I also like that it feels so easy to use in the routine. After cleansing and toner, I apply the serum and then follow up with moisturizer. In the morning, I of course finish with sunscreen. ☀️🤍 Lyko states that it can be used both morning and evening. And here I was actually a bit impressed by the Lyko reviews. The product has 5/5 based on two ratings, and a verified buyer describes that she experienced visibly lighter pigment spots while the skin felt moisturized and soothed. 🥹✨ Of course, these are just individual experiences, but it still leaves a very positive impression. I also like that it seems to be a good alternative for someone who wants to start with vitamin C without jumping straight into a very strong formula. The stable vitamin C derivative is, according to Lyko, less irritating than many classic vitamin C forms. The only small downside is that I don’t think this is the product for you if you expect a dramatic result overnight. 😂 It’s more of a long-term glow and skin tone product that I think fits nicely into a well-thought-out routine. 30 ml is also a good size, and I think the serum feels quite economical. Hi, I have a number of PIE marks from acne. I've heard that vitamin C is good. I don't want to use one that is too strong since I'm still using a strong cream for acne, and I'm struggling with dry skin from before. Combine with peptide serum

I've also heard that it's good to combine with peptides, and then I read somewhere else that The Ordinary's Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% serum is a really good peptide serum.
