Good product that does its job
[hashtag] [hashtag] [hashtag] I was chosen as a test pilot for this "Repair" series. I have long colored hair that is rather damaged on the ends and in need of nourishment. As a test pilot, I was using this set for three weeks in a row. When I got my products, the first thing I liked was the packaging and bottle shape. It is an easy-to-use product and it’s easy to dose. The texture of the shampoo and balm is nice, and it is easy to work with the products. I would say that it has a normal usage amount, and the bottles last quite a long time. I usually wash my long hair twice per wash and two times a week. This product worked similarly to my regular shampoo, and that’s nice because I could continue my regular routines. The balm has a good, easy-to-work-with texture, and it is easy to spread it all over the hair. The smell is extremely strong and sweet. I prefer calmer, fresher notes and not so much perfume. I don’t know how it will work in the long run with allergies in the family. Though no one has complained yet. After three weeks, I actually noticed that my hair didn’t get any new damage or split ends. It is very soft for some days after washing and even a bit shinier. I have noticed some improvements, like it’s not breaking as easily as before and feels stronger. The balm works well and does its job in just a few minutes on your hair. I also noticed that it is very easy to brush my long hair afterward, and it remains soft longer. I am very pleased with this set. It has a nice affordable price and lasts long. Terrible smell
I bought the product (shampoo & conditioner) and after the first use, I wondered where the mosquito repellent-like smell was coming from. It was either the shampoo or the conditioner. New improved formula - worse
I have used this shampoo and conditioner for over a year and have been super satisfied. On the latest bottle I bought, it says "New improved formula" and it is much worse. It doesn't smell nearly as good and my hair doesn't feel clean. Right after my hair dries, it feels greasy and sticky, like the feeling after I've used dry shampoo. It feels like there's shampoo or conditioner left in my hair that doesn't rinse out, even though I've rinsed very thoroughly. The first time it happened, when I had just opened the new bottles, I thought I just missed rinsing properly. But it has happened four showers in a row now and I have been very careful to rinse after. I saw that one of the main ingredients in the new formula is glycerin, and I have experienced the same thing with other products that contain glycerin.

What happened to the conditioner?
I received a Bjørn Axen conditioner today with a completely new strong smell that really wasn't good. It says new and improved on the bottle.
