Use:

Apply evenly over the body before sun exposure. Re-apply every two hours, especially after bathing. For a more radiant and smoother tan, exfoliate the body a few days before sun exposure with one of Clarins’ exfoliators. To prolong the tan and to help improve the quality of the skin, apply Clarins After Sun in the evening.
