All in one moisturizing and glow
I tested this Cosrx product during a two-week trip, and it really provides great moisture and a solid glow, along with freshness and youthfulness in the skin. Unfortunately, it is quite sticky and hard to handle out of the jar; it really feels like a slime you have to manage. I eventually started using this in the evening, mostly before bedtime, because it moisturizes so well. I didn't feel like I needed any other product in the evenings; it was truly "all in one". Therefore, I will continue to use this on shorter trips with overnight stays; it's perfect for me to bring what I need in one jar. Not for everyone unfortunately
I think this gives incredible moisture and makes the skin feel very soft... but, I have reacted to it twice (had to try again because I liked it otherwise very much, but realized the second time that it was the product I reacted to - this is with two years in between). I got polaris dermatitis and had to undergo treatment for over 6 months. I have talked to several of my customers who also got polaris dermatitis because they used this product. I have as #lykoinflutester received #cosrx's Snail all in one cream to test it out. I actually bought this cream and the corresponding snail power essence a couple of years ago when they first became so popular, and I have used both a little on and off since then. The consistency is very unique, very sticky and gloopy. A little goes a long way, and it absorbs relatively quickly into the skin. I have used it together with the essence, and for my dry skin, they don't provide enough moisture, especially now in winter. So I have to top it off with another moisturizer. The essence and cream work a bit better in summer when I want something a little lighter. Good cream, but not for my skin
I had high expectations for the COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All in One Cream since I LOVE the essence in the same line, but unfortunately it didn't work for me😔 I have dry skin, and skin that easily gets pimples. After applying, I experienced that after about an hour, the skin on my forehead became dry and started to itch. The cream also beads up in some places on the skin, which makes it not lay evenly and difficult to use under makeup. For my skin type, this unfortunately wasn't a suitable product 😔 I tested the product over a few weeks to give it a good chance, also tested with different amounts of product to see if it helped, but unfortunately it didn't for me! But the cream itself feels very pleasant, I like that type of consistency, and the skin feels good and soft right away on the areas that don't become dry or where the product beads up😊 But I have girlfriends who swear by this product, so don't be afraid to give it a try!1098 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. If used as the only cream (Not sufficient for dry skin)
#LYKOINFLUTESTER #COSRX Skin type: Very dry and low in fat (lipid-poor). Other info: Uses tretinoin 0.1% all year round. If I were to base my review on using this as my only moisturizer in my routine, it would only get 3 stars. For my extremely dry skin, which is also low in fat, this cream is unfortunately not sufficiently oily or occlusive enough on its own. It lacks the rich lipids and the heavier moisture barrier I need to prevent dryness and flaking, especially in winter. It is simply too light and runny to "lock" in moisture alone. 5 Stars: If used as step 2 after serum (Highly recommended) My current routine is multi-step, and here this cream works absolutely wonderfully and deserves 5 stars. I use it as step 2 after a hydrating serum. Moisture sealing: The cream does an excellent job of sealing in the moisture that has already been applied in the previous step. Plumping and glow: It lays down like a light, yet protective film that keeps the skin plump and glowing. Consistency and use: Despite its high content of snail mucin, the consistency is pleasant; it is not sticky after application and absorbs easily. Conclusion: COSRX Snail 92 All in One Cream is a fantastic moisture lock and moisture booster in a routine where the skin has already been hydrated (e.g., with a serum or toner). However, it fails to deliver enough moisture and oil on its own for extremely dry skin. Therefore, I highly recommend it, but only as a complementary and supportive step in a skincare routine for dry skin.
