Expected better
Great product and very good for sensitive eyes, but there is only 3 cm of product in it. It's a shame considering the price you pay. Additionally, the twist function didn't work, so the product was useless after I had used up the "tip". Very cheap packaging. Use:
Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
Line eyes.
Use the smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect.
Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance.
Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula.
