Every year the same thing happens â the calendars sell out in a few minutes and then they pop up on the secondhand market for 1.5x or more of the price. Itâs very frustrating for us customers who actually want to use the products.
One suggestion is that you collaborate with secondhand platforms like Tradera and Blocket to prevent the sale of advent calendars in their entirety. Of course, people can sell individual products, but if whole calendars are blocked from resale, it reduces the frenzy and makes it fairer for real users.
I hope you can take this seriously â many customers feel that the situation has become untenable.
