Was recommended this and had high expectations, unfortunately it did not live up to them… it stuck easily in my hair and I lost a lot of hair the first time I used it, which I don’t see as a good sign. You have probably tried a few things, but maybe it could help to test the brush in smaller sections on towel-dried and well-detangled hair, and to gently run it through the hair without pulling if you feel resistance.
