I use it before I sleep when I do my heatless curls, and the hair becomes very soft and nice the next day! I even got a compliment from a stranger when I was walking on the street because my hair looked so nice. 😅 The only downside I can think of is the price and that my hair sometimes can feel “wet” after having it in the hair overnight. I kind of need to wash my hair in like 3 rounds which feels like a waste. I probably won't buy this again as I would like to try another shampoo, but this one was nice anyway.
