DEFINITELY WORKS, but the skin around the eyelashes is affected
IT WORKS FANTASTICALLY!! I really want to emphasize this, BUT the reason I give it 4 stars is because it seriously makes your eyes red about 2-3 mm around the entire eye and then you get an almost permanent brownish eyeliner from it. Holds long and is easy to use
