    Skin ”pilling”

    This product only caused ”pilling”, no matter how little or much I applied. Whether I smeared it or patted it in, waited several minutes with other products, had no other products, etc. It helped my skin, but since it is pink and became like it was ”flaking”, I will probably have to stop using it as it shows too much. Tried most things to get it to work properly, but nothing works. Very unfortunate because I had high hopes!

      Hey again Anna 🥰 This is a gentle cream, and I haven't heard that anyone has reacted to it before. But even gentle products can feel uncomfortable when you have a damaged skin barrier 🤗 I think you can continue using it, but only once a day if you have a slight burning sensation (but not if you turn red and the stinging persists). In that case, you should save it in the fridge until later when your skin is balanced again. Also, wait 2 minutes between serum and cream 🤍 It might also be good to try the products individually to see if it could be a combination that triggers the sensation, or if the cream burns even alone.
