HELP! I was at a hairdresser today, had a couple of inspo pictures AND was very clear that I wanted "dark roots and light highlights." See the pictures of how my hair turned out and the HAIRSTYLE (!) she put a much redder root and the highlights are not at all like I asked, and the hairstyle can't be changed now...
